**Responsibilities**: - Report directly to the District Manager of all issues (company operational targets, and ensure the consistency of operation, product delivery, customer service, and approach) and take prompt and necessary actions - Manage daily operations such as providing support and guidance to all OSs within the locations assigned - Coach outlet supervisor to manage shifts which include daily decisions to make, schedule, plan while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness - Conduct the follow-up and ensure team member attendance is recorded - Ensure sufficient manpower and headcount at their respective outlets for a smooth flow of daily operation - Arrange training completely on time and follow up on the staff progress at the location. - Participate in meetings and able to supervise the outlet schedules and operations - Oversee outlets’ compliance with operational standards and company policies - Investigate, report, coach, and take necessary actions towards misconduct issues that come across under their supervision - Manage the deadline to prepare documents, reports, and update records - Supervise the highest levels of customer service. Support employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering good customer service - Execute sales performance data of respective outlets and maximize sales opportunities to ensure sales targets are met - Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management Job Requirements: - Must possess a Degree in any related disciplines - Minimum 3 years of retail experience in managerial level - Strong leadership and coaching skills - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Willingness to work overtime and Public Holiday if required - Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills - A valuable team player and able to work independently - Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay - Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Possess own transport and willing to travel **Spoken Language**: Malay, English **Written Language**: Malay, English **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,400.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus
