WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Manage paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and other social platforms, with experience leveraging influencers and affiliate partners.

- Focus on optimizing and scaling our digital ad presence, ensuring we achieve both strong performance and efficient growth.

- Run key performance marketing channels like Meta, TikTok, and Affiliate, and collaborate cross-functionally on Search, Shopping, and YouTube initiatives across all markets.

- Analyze campaign performance, interpret KPIs, and collaborate closely with our data team to turn insights into continuous optimization for even better efficiency.

- Lead the recommendation of new copy, creative elements, bidding approaches, and testing frameworks, blending both qualitative insights and quantitative data.

- Continuously lead optimization efforts and maintain strong quality control over all campaigns.

- Prepare accurate reports that provide clear insights and actionable next steps.

- Conduct research into market trends and competition to keep us competitive.

- Drive the rapid development and implementation of tests.

- Stay current on platform updates, new ad products, and best practices across the paid media landscape.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience using Meta Business Suite, with demonstrated success managing direct-to-consumer campaigns, ideally with annual spend exceeding $1M.

- Experience working with analytics and research platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, SearchAds 360, and keyword planning tools.

- Able to work independently and proactively build marketing plans from the ground up.

- Can operate affiliate networks (Impact or similar), or ramp quickly and own day-to-day management.

- Uses performance signals to iterate fast, adjusting audiences, messaging, and creative to improve results.

- Solid understanding of the full funnel and how attribution influences decision-making and budget allocation.

- Understands how to measure lift beyond last-click, incrementality testing concepts and when to apply them.

- Data-driven but creatively sharp, able to read the numbers and also understand what will resonate with people.

- A passion for health and wellness.

- Enjoys testing AI/ML tools and turning what they surface into practical improvements in marketing strategy.

- Open to AI-assisted workflows, using it for competitive scans, concept generation, and optimization loops when it adds speed or clarity.
