**Overview:** We are seeking a seasoned PandC Services Team Leader to lead our Finland-based team in delivering high-quality personnel administration and payroll services to our global partners. As a passionate and service-oriented leader, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery, supporting your team members, and driving process improvements. **Responsibilities:**
* Lead P&C Finland team to ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with global procedures and local legal requirements * Support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics * Supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities * Support solving problems and independently resolve first-level escalations * Follow-up on the status of outstanding issues * Recruit competent new co-workers with required PA/PY profiles * Take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills, and competence * Coordinate trainings and maintain high levels of motivation and team engagement * Be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading
**Qualifications:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in P&C (personnel administration & payroll) environment * Strong knowledge of P&C environment * Excellent communication skills in English * Passion for working with people and leading by example * Service-oriented and customer-focused background * Understanding and passion for IKEA values
