The Amazon B2B Payments & Lending team provides B2B payment and financing solutions to Amazon Business customers across Amazon. We are part of the global Amazon Payments organization, who aims to delight our customers by building payment experiences and financial services that are trusted, valued and easy to use from anywhere in any way.</p><p>We are looking for a product marketer to help grow adoption and engagement with our co-branded payments solutions. This role focuses on driving marketing programs across multiple regions, requiring a deep understanding of cross-regional customer needs, payment preferences, and local regulations. You will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional leaders and co-brand partner teams to define and execute lifecycle marketing strategies from new customer acquisition, to loyalty engagement, and retention.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be a product marketer who can think strategically, look at the business analytically, identify opportunities for optimization, and execute with high precision. To be successful you\'ll need to be a strong communicator who can influence and earn trust with key internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams. You also need to have the ability to manage milestones and deliverables in a fluid, fast-moving environment-while communicating on regular business performance with stakeholders and leadership. If you are passionate about managing product marketing lifecycles using a data driven approach, then this is a great role for you.</p><p>Key job responsibilities<br>Lead end-to-end marketing execution for the existing portfolio of B2B co-branded payment solutions across EU/UK. Manage full customer lifecycle, from acquisition through engagement, loyalty, and retention. Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, continuously optimizing performance through data-driven insights. Oversee third-party partner relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and managing approval processes. Collaborate with product, data science, and regional teams to enhance marketing campaign performance. Represent products and own marketing performance reporting in regular business reporting mechanisms including WBRs and MBRs with senior leadership. Manage budget allocation and ROI tracking across all initiatives.</p><p><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements<br>- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)<br>- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion<br>- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels<br>- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements<br>- Experience in marketing or marketing research</p><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs<br>- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives<br>- Fluency in French or Italian</p><p>Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
