Summary: What the team does The Legal Content team at Clio builds and delivers the foundational content and intelligence that powers legal workflows, including rules-based calendaring, document automation, and e-filing. CalendarRules, a Clio product, transforms thousands of court rules and agency codes into structured, actionable data that supports these experiences. By maintaining a sophisticated, rules-based engine and enabling a broad ecosystem of integration partners, the team ensures legal content is accurate, scalable, and seamlessly embedded into the tools law firms rely on every day. Our work allows firms to focus on practicing law, while we power the mission-critical logic behind deadlines, filings, and documents. Who you are You’re curious, collaborative, and enjoy working at the intersection of technical problem solving and partner relationships. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and take pride in helping partners succeed through thoughtful execution and follow-through. What you’ll work on: • Recruit, onboard, and support legal content integration partners, expanding product value and driving adoption through successful integrations. • Manage partner relationships through onboarding and integration, collaborating with Operations and Customer Support teams on post-launch operational support and ongoing partner engagement. • Support partner growth and success by providing enablement, monitoring adoption, and identifying opportunities to increase usage and value. • Provide hands-on technical guidance on legal content and APIs, supporting integrations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with Product and Engineering teams as needed. • Support the partner contracting process by working with Legal to coordinate agreement reviews, track progress, and communicate timelines to partners. • Act as the voice of the partner internally by gathering feedback, sharing insights, and contributing to partner-facing resources and documentation. What you may have: • Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations, including authentication, data flows, and common integration patterns. • Experience working with technical or developer-facing documentation such as API references, integration guides, or troubleshooting resources. • Ability to troubleshoot and triage technical issues and know when to escalate more complex problems to Engineering. • Comfort using data and reporting tools to understand partner usage, adoption, and health metrics. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field such as business, technology, or information systems. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. • Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
