Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant based in Mombasa, with some flexibility for remote work.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing support to executives, including managing schedules and appointments, handling administrative and clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth communication.

Additional tasks may include organizing meetings, maintaining records, and assisting in day-to-day operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support high-level executives effectively.
Strong Communication and Diary Management skills to facilitate smooth coordination and organized scheduling.
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document preparation and record maintenance.
Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and time management capabilities.
Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency with relevant office software and technology tools.
Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
