I’m hiring a Pinterest Growth Strategist to help me build and scale my wellness digital product business using Pinterest as the primary growth channel. This role is not just pin design. I’m looking for someone who understands how Pinterest works as a search engine + conversion platform and can help turn educational wellness content into consistent traffic and sales. This is a long-term role with the opportunity to grow into a true growth partner, including performance-based bonuses once sales are consistent. ⸻ About the Brand Brand focuses on: • Low-tox living • Hormone balance & endocrine health • Clean beauty & low-tox home swaps • Cycle syncing & hormone-friendly habits Target audience: • Millennial & Gen Z women • Wellness-curious, health-conscious • Looking for practical, research-backed lifestyle changes Visual tone: • Clean, modern, feminine • Muted colors, white space, calm wellness aesthetic • Educational, empowering, not fear-based ⸻ What You’ll Be Doing Pinterest Content Strategy + Execution • Develop a Pinterest content strategy aligned with my digital products and funnel • Create 2–3 pins per day, including: • Engagement pins (educational, save-worthy, pinnable content) • Conversion pins (driving traffic to my paid digital product) • Balance content across: • Awareness • Education • Soft conversion Pin Creation & Optimization • Design Pinterest pins in Canva using brand guidelines • Write Pinterest SEO-optimized titles and descriptions • Create scroll-stopping hooks and clear CTAs • Repurpose ideas across multiple pin formats when appropriate Growth Thinking • Understand what content is meant to: • Drive saves • Drive clicks • Drive sales • Suggest content angles, topics, and iterations based on performance • Collaborate on improving conversion paths over time ⸻ What This Role Is NOT • Just graphic design • Just following instructions without context • Just posting content without understanding goals If you only enjoy execution without strategy, this won’t be a fit. ⸻ What I’m Looking For You’re a strong fit if you: • Have proven Pinterest experience (especially with wellness, education, or digital products) • Understand Pinterest as a long-term growth platform • Can differentiate between engagement content vs conversion content • Think in terms of funnels, not just posts • Are proactive, organized, and comfortable owning outcomes • Can work independently while collaborating closely Bonus if you: • Have worked with digital products or email funnels • Have helped accounts grow traffic or sales via Pinterest • Enjoy testing, learning, and optimizing over time ⸻ Compensation • Monthly retainer (based on experience and scope) • Once Pinterest-driven sales are consistent, I’m open to adding a performance-based bonus or revenue share tied to digital product sales attributed to Pinterest The goal is a win-win partnership where strong performance is rewarded. ⸻ Deliverables & Workflow • Daily pins (batched weekly or bi-weekly) • Canva files • Pinterest-ready copy (titles + descriptions) • Ongoing collaboration and optimization ⸻ To Apply Please include: 1.
