About the position As the eCommerce Pricing Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving profitable sales growth by providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations related to pricing, promotions, assortment, and market trends. You will ensure pricing integrity and compliance across online marketplaces by monitoring adherence to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies, identifying unauthorized sellers, and implementing policy to stabilize pricing. You will leverage internal and external data to identify opportunities and challenges, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making. This role integrates analytical expertise with strategic thinking to support go-to-market strategies across multiple sales channels, including retail, commercial, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer. Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule reporting to our Deerfield, IL campus Tuesday - Thursday with flexibility for remote work Monday and Friday. Responsibilities • Lead MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), Authorized Reseller, and IP Compliance programs across multiple Business Units within Fortune Brands which includes monitoring, tracking, and communication of enforcement • Manage the internal & external distribution & communication of all MAP policies • Partner with internal & external legal counsel and vendors to optimize MAP enforcement and guidance • Complete regular MAP monitoring and compliance tracking to manage enforcement process • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance capabilities and effectiveness of pricing and distribution policies • Partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance to understand business objectives and set performance measures. • Conduct and support analysis across multiple large-scale data sources (structured and unstructured) to identify and socialize key facts and insights. • Inform statistical tools to help build predictive models, improve customer segmentation, optimize product assortments, refine approach to pricing, and improve elements of the overall marketing mix.
