Job Description: • Ensure we are solving the right problems by sourcing input from multiple channels and prioritizing effectively. • Drive the vision and strategy for all Swoop offerings within our cloud solutions. • Build product prototypes by integrating real-world data, social determinants of health, and LLM technology into measurement solutions. • Create tools that will help client teams understand their usage of Swoop audiences and other data solutions. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in the development and deployment of cloud solutions for healthcare. • Evolve client data and cloud infrastructure management capabilities through modern infrastructure as code solutions that provide a unified experience. • Partner with engineering on capabilities that provide clients with Swoop solutions. • Lead go-to-market strategies for all new cloud solutions including positioning, messaging, and client enablement. • Address challenges like fragmented data, cloud configuration, and data interfaces with intent-based interfaces for clients. • Deeply understand customer needs, product analytics, and industry innovation to drive the product vision and strategy for Swoop’s cloud solutions. • Stay informed about industry advancements, influence their direction, and conduct comprehensive buy vs. build analyses. Requirements: • A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in a relevant field such as computer science, business, or data science (a master’s degree is preferred) • At least seven to 10 years of experience in product management or engineering • Demonstrated expertise in cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS • Proficiency with data analytics tools and methodologies, including SQL and data visualization platforms • Familiarity with modern infrastructure management approaches, which may include infrastructure as code, cloud resource management, or similar technologies • Experience managing and evolving products in the cloud infrastructure space • A healthy blend of technical knowledge with a customer-focused mindset and empathy • A strategic thinker who can connect customer use cases to technology solutions and think holistically about the end-to-end experience • An ability to adapt focus across multiple initiatives while maintaining strategic continuity • Comfort with applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success • Product intuition and judgment to solve problems and make decisions without perfect information • Excellent communication skills and timely communication with clear expectations.
