This individual is responsible for supporting HR initiatives, in support of organization growth. This position focuses on administration and transactional activities within the HR Shared Services department. They provided direct administrative support to senior HR employees in the HR Shared Services department and works cooperatively with team members to support completing the HR department objectives.<br><br>Provides direct support to company employees, other HR groups and company management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions. Receives and responds to requests concerning HR policies/programs. Appropriately routes requests from employees to others for additional information. May respond to practices inquiries via online resources and/or telephone. Processes various paper and electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, termination of employment, etc. Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database and/or documents activities as requested.<br><br><strong>Specific Responsibilities: -<br><br></strong><ul><li> Act as point of contact for all escalated HR related queries from employees and partners. </li><li> Organise and maintain employee records in a HR Shared Services hub. </li><li> Co-ordinate administration for HR projects & participate in HR audits. </li><li> Co-ordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars. </li><li> Manage Employee Life cycle processed as per approved guidelines: </li><li> Initiate Hire and creating employee profile in Workday </li><li> Process Job change transaction in Workday (Reporting change, organization change, confirmation, promotion, Transfer, etc) </li><li> Process Termination </li><li> Issue transactional letters </li><li> Manage standard queries thru Case Management system for daily operation. </li><li> Manage and maintain e-filing management system. </li><li> Support Senior & Team Lead as & when required. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Education/Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li> Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent. </li><li> 1-2 years related experience in shared service environment preferably within human resources function. </li><li> Demonstrate knowledge of basic office procedures & human resources function </li><li> Demonstrates knowledge or experience in human resources & cases management system -SAP/Workday </li><li> Demonstrate effective and stable interpersonal relationship with internal and external parties. </li><li> Fluent in English.
