We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our team and support our Safety & Production division. As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our pharmaceutical products, from development to commercialization. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about drug development, have a strong understanding of safety regulations, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Conduct thorough research and analysis on pharmaceutical products, including their safety and quality, in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to the team and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and timely development, production, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to drug safety and quality and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance and support regarding product safety and quality. Act as the main point of contact for any safety-related issues or concerns raised by clients or internal teams. Conduct product trainings for internal teams and clients to ensure a clear understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Identify potential risks and issues related to product safety and quality and work with the team to develop effective solutions. Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the safety and quality of pharmaceutical products. Communicate any significant safety or quality issues to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for resolution. Monitor and analyze safety and quality data to identify trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all safety and quality-related activities, including documentation and reporting. Represent the company and its values in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally. Continuously strive to expand knowledge and expertise in the field of drug development and safety regulations. Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
