SUMMARY OF THE ROLE As a Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping production operations running efficiently by managing product orders, ensuring accurate system transactions, and maintaining clear documentation. You will support smooth material flow, work closely with Quality Control and Warehouse Department to enable timely product release. This role operates on rotating shifts to support our operations requirements. In this job role, you will report to the Production Manager and will be based in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, U.A.E. Responsibilities: Create and manage daily product orders in the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP), including raw material consumption and batch release. Ensure all production documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with Jotun standards. Perform routine system transactions for production inventory, and material movement while keeping real‑time production status updated. Coordinate with Quality Control Department to ensure timely release of finished goods with all required documentation and approvals. Collaborate with Logistics and Warehouse Department to verify correct material transfers and report any shortages or discrepancies to both Purchase and Production Departments. Provide system training and ongoing support to employees to maintain strong data accuracy and reduce errors. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER We are looking for a candidate who: Bachelor’s degree in science is required. More than 2 years of experience in production coordination with (ERP) based operations is required. Willingness to work in shift and rotation schedules is required. Relevant experience with manufacturing processes and warehouse operations is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory. Proficiency in arenaflex Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
