Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing and assembly of vehicles. </p> <p> You Will : </p> <ul> <li>Strong contributor to mobilize team toward production goals </li> <li>Fostering collaborative cross-functional activities and engagement (including with Quality and Engineering teams) in face-paced environment with emphasis on exceptional results-oriented customer service model. </li> <li>Organize and prioritize the team's tasks, ensuring the timely completion of production within quality standards. </li> <li>Possess in-depth knowledge of applicable departments<strong> </strong>manufacturing processes. </li> <li>Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all<strong> </strong>products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. </li> <li>Continuously evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for improvements. </li> <li>Monitor and assist with work areas adherence to 6s standards of workplace organization.  </li> <li>Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, production, logistics, and quality, to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. </li> <li>Train new team members on production procedures and safety protocols. </li> <li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment for the team. </li> <li>Escalate any issues or challenges encountered, keeping the management informed. </li> <li>Collaborate with departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components required  </li> <li>Keep production running safely while producing quality parts efficiently.  </li> <li>Respond to downtime issues and help team members resolve issue and close out concerns.  </li> <li>Partner with salaried and hourly team members and coordinate activities to continuously improve.  </li> <li>Learn all operations within area of responsibility and ensure each job has required number of trained and versatile team members. </li> </ul> <p> You Bring: </p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li> <li>Current Team Member in the Powertrain Department  </li> <li>Minimum of 6 months in current role with no written concerns on file, including Disciplinary or Attendance.  </li> <li>Progressively increasing responsibilities and demonstrated knowledge of production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). </li> <li>Strong knowledge of hiring department’s manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.  </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, driving them towards achieving project goals. </li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li> <li>Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements. </li> <li>A strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. </li> <li>Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage simultaneously </li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. </li> </ul> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
