We strive to welcome and care for all of our customers during their travels with us and aim to deliver an elevated experience. arenaflex Air Lines is seeking a User Experience (UX) Lead to drive the evaluation and improvement of end-to-end desktop and mobile experiences as we embark on application modernization. This role is embedded in the business team and will be critical in improving workflows and digital tools for Disruption Containment As the UX Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring human-centered design principles are applied across the ecosystem, balancing usability, efficiency, and business objectives. You will work to evaluate, design, and refine digital experiences, maintaining alignment with the OCC roadmap and arenaflex’s broader technology vision. Responsibilities: + Influence our strategic product roadmap for Disruption Containment technology capabilities, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s business goals and user experience objectives. + Apply human-centered design principles (or modern equivalent) to enhance workflows, improve usability, and streamline digital interactions. + Ensure UX standards are adhered to and leverage design system and UI libraries to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency in new and modernized applications. + Communicate product vision, roadmaps, and progress to senior leadership and key collaborators, ensuring alignment and visibility throughout the product lifecycle. + Prioritize product features, enhancements, and integrations based on business impact, user needs, and strategic alignment, ensuring that the most valuable initiatives are delivered first. + Develop and communicate UX strategies, recommendations, and sub-roadmaps to cross-functional teams and senior leadership. + Lead all aspects of end-to-end UX evaluations for applications to ensure intuitive, seamless experiences for frontline and back office team members. + Collaborate in agile development cycles, integrating UX insights into iterative development processes. + Lead usability testing and research efforts to validate design decisions and drive continuous improvement. + Balance vision and feasibility, ensuring modern design standards are met while aligning with operational constraints. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience (UX), interaction design, or product design with a focus on enterprise applications. + Strong expertise in human-centered design methodologies and modern UX standards with experience designing for desktop, mobile and hybrid applications. + Proven experience on high-performing agile product teams, with a track record of delivering successful technology products to achieve ambitious goals. + Strong communication skills with the ability to advocate for user needs, present UX findings, and to effectively articulate product vision and strategy to diverse audiences. + Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
