We’re looking for a driven, creative leader to join our team as Program Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Dropbox. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about creating an equitable and inclusive workplace, with the ability to develop and implement strategy to support our DEI objectives.This role requires a combination of strong program management skills, a deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated and driven, with a clear, confident and persuasive communication style.The Program Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Dropbox will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of DEI initiatives across the company. This person will have a high level of expertise in program management, a deep understanding of DEI, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating an equitable and inclusive workplace and a track record of successfully developing and launching initiatives.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field• 5+ years of program management experience• Experienced in developing and launching DEI initiatives• Familiarity with best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion• Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders• Ability to work independently and in teams• Strong problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic DEI initiatives across the company. • Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Monitor and evaluate progress of DEI initiatives. • Research and stay abreast of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to support DEI objectives. • Create and manage budgets for DEI initiatives. • Prepare reports and presentations on DEI initiatives. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with DEI initiatives. • Create and manage DEI programs and initiatives. • Facilitate learning opportunities to promote DEI awareness. • Cultivate an environment of inclusion and respect.
