Job Description


You are responsible for program management, operations and execution of all external innovation engagement activities from the pre-program stage, through the program, and the post-program stage by monitoring, controlling and reporting progress. As the main point of contact for program operations, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of all participating partners.

Main Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be completely responsible for leading the acceleration programs. This would be inclusive of the following:

  • Overall planning the activities, resources and external partners for the program
  • Pre-program: Screening of proposals, reviewing ideas, presenting and pre-sorting proposals to the next level .
  • Acceleration: Work with external partners to drive successful pilots for participants, drive internal and external communications and inductions into the programs
  • Events and workshops: Execute various workshops/events as part of the program.
  • Expert Network: Develop the network of mentors, experts and speakers and work with them to make the cohort companies successful, including working with regional business leaderships and global functions.
  • Partnerships: Forge partnerships with various ecosystem players including incubators, accelerators, investors and other value chain players
  • Prepare all required reports and maintain a comprehensive set of records
  • Post Program: support investment and support programs, including tracking and report outs for partners.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration from an accredited university. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration is desirable.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a business incubator/accelerator, a start-up, top tier consulting or marketing agencies
  • Good understanding of emerging trends and technologies, especially in relation to business strategies
  • Energy, dynamism and enthusiasm when it comes to talking to people.
  • Networking skills, from senior management to shop floor
  • Strong project management skills
  • Independent problem solver
