This Project Manager is the conduit between the field, Store Design and Construction and other cross functional partners for Bath and Body Works Real Estate strategy. This role provides exemplary field support while ensuring business processes are actioned with speed, efficiency, and integrity. Responsibilities • Support and cultivates operational efficiencies that aligns with our Real Estate brand strategy, which includes new store openings, remodels, and store relocations. • Influences store opening real estate schedule and supports key operational activities beginning 32 weeks out from opening. • Operates as the liaison between the Field, Store Design and Construction, and all internal & external partners to improve operational efficiencies and safety of our store design. • Coach and deliver critical feedback related to projects, peers, leaders, and key partners. • Be an advocate for stores; solicit feedback and drive improvements through strong working relationships with the field and cross functional teams. • Evaluate and analyze feedback and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our real estate processes in meeting business goals. • Cast a consistent shadow of professionalism, partnership, and performance excellence. • Maximizes impact of new, remodeled and relocated store openings by providing timely resolution of risk factors and accurate communication of changing details • Identifies global issues as related to real estate and influence resolution through innovative thinking • Supports field and home office leadership in communication, implementation, and monitoring of store real estate processes • Supports initiative project work related to testing, go back work, and roll out strategies Qualifications • 3-5 years relevant experience; minimum 2 years of project management experience • Demonstrates adaptability; is a skilled change agent and navigates ambiguity with composure and focus • Moves with speed and can quickly assess and connect the dots • Demonstrates situational leadership • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong project management skills • Experience leading multiple projects of various size and scope • Must be able to work under minimal supervision • Proficient in arenaflex office suite including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, Power Point • Experience in CRM platforms a plus (example: Salesforce/Fexa) • Travel approximately 25% Education • Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university Core Competencies • Lead with Curiosity & Humility • Build High Performing Teams for Today & Tomorrow • Influence & Inspire with Vision & Purpose • Observe, Engage & Connect • Strive to Achieve Operational Excellence Deliver Business Results Benefits Bath & Body Works associates are the heart of our business.
