<div><h2>Overview</h2><p><b>Role Summary</b> Utilizes independent judgment and discretion. Responsible for maintaining current provider data to ensure the quality of the network. May be responsible for overseeing and coordinating training and departmental reporting.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Ensuring consistent communication with internal service partners and within the Dental Provider Data Management area.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating efforts to cleanse existing data, and improve Third Party Vendor loading processes.</li><li>Identifying data integrity improvement opportunities within Dental Provider Data Management to reduce inventory queues. Working closely with Contracting/Provider Relations, Quality, and Claims Managers and Supervisors to ensure the department is meeting its turn-around-time service level agreements.</li><li>Meeting with internal service partners to ensure understanding of large projects and determine the impact to all systems so that the desired results are achieved.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Associate’s degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Superior problem solving, decision-making skills</li><li>Ability to use Microsoft Office tools and multiple Cigna systems</li><li>Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization</li><li>Ability to manage in a production and matrix environment</li><li>Detail oriented</li></ul><p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.</p><p>For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 – 28 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.</p><p>This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.</p><h2>Benefits</h2><p>We want you to be healthy, balanced, and feel secure.
