Job Details Role Type: Full-Time Location: Fully Remote, United States Reports to: Onboarding and Training Manager About This Role Are you ready to make a difference? Parallel is seeking a mission-driven Provider Operations Associate Associate to join our team! Our mission of delivering exceptional special education services to all students who need them rests on an amazing team of providers. As a Provider Operations Associate, you’ll partner with our clinical and operational leadership team to deliver an exceptional experience for our provider network and support them in their work of delivering high quality care to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to: • Help improve access to care for students with learning differences • Work somewhere mission-driven, and with unparalleled opportunities for growth • Work somewhere flexible, supportive, and where you won’t be micromanaged • Join a female-led and DEI-focused organization • Work somewhere that is team-oriented, where people are equipped to succeed What You’ll Do • Onboarding Facilitation • Lead weekly orientations, Q&A sessions, and provider meetings to support a smooth onboarding journey. • Deliver demos, coaching, and ad-hoc trainings with enthusiasm as providers reach onboarding milestones. • Foster an inclusive, engaging environment that promotes participation and confidence. Learning Experience & Continuous Improvement • Keep training materials and resources updated across platforms in partnership with SMEs. • Design interactive sessions using adult learning principles and real-time feedback. • Track and report on attendance, engagement, and onboarding metrics to drive improvements. • Identify opportunities for peer mentoring and ongoing provider support. What You’ll Need This position will be a perfect fit for someone with 2-3 years of experience in onboarding, administration, training and delivery in healthcare or remote setting. • A bachelor's degree • 2–3 years of experience in onboarding, teaching, training, or facilitation (education, healthcare, or remote setting preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. • Strong customer service mindset with focus on employee engagement and success. • Experience facilitating virtual onboarding and training using platforms like arenaflex Meet, Zoom, and familiarity with using an LMS. • Proficiency with tools such as arenaflex Suite and tracking/management systems (e.g., Zendesk, AirTable). • Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies, training needs, and provider feedback. Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience in a high-growth start-up or other fast-paced environment • Background in a behavioral health company or organization.
