We are looking for a QA Lead to support enterprise web and API applications for Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management within an Agile / SAFe delivery model. This role combines hands-on testing with test coordination and quality leadership, acting as the QA advocate for Scrum teams and ensuring quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong experience in web and API testing, is comfortable working in Azure DevOps (ADO) for test and defect management, and can effectively collaborate across Product, Development, Business and Release teams. Key Responsibilities Test Strategy & Planning Define and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test scope for web and API-based applications. Create, review, and manage test cases and test scenarios aligned with user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (ADO). Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. Agile / SAFe Quality Leadership Serve as the QA advocate within Scrum teams, promoting a shift-left and quality-first mindset. Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-arenaflex, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners and Developers to ensure clear acceptance criteria and testable designs. Test Execution (Hands-on) Perform manual, exploratory, regression, and integration testing for web applications. Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools to validate endpoints, data integrity, and integration workflows. Support end-to-end testing across dependent systems and services. Test & Defect Coordination Manage test execution and defect tracking in Azure DevOps (ADO). Lead or actively participate in defect triage meetings, ensuring proper prioritization and resolution. Communicate testing status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Provide clear test status reports, defect metrics, and quality insights. Identify quality risks early and drive mitigation plans. Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices within the Agile framework. Required Qualifications • 7-10 years of experience in QA testing and test coordination roles. • Strong hands-on experience in web application testing and API testing. • Solid experience working in Agile or SAFe environments. • Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with PLM or enterprise integration programs • Familiarity with ADO(Or Similar test management) and Agile release processes. • Has led QA for at least 2 releases in an Agile/SAFe environment • Exposure to Supply Chain, Order Management, or Manufacturing workflows. • Experience coordinating QA activities across multiple Scrum teams. • Experience working under tight deadlines and managing pressure effectively. • Strong skills in tracking and reporting QA KPIs to ensure quality objectives are met. • Prior experience in enterprise-level integration projects.
