You will join a collaborative, fast-paced product and development team dedicated to evolving a complex <strong>Salesforce ecosystem</strong>. The project involves building scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that enhance both customer and agent experiences. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of Salesforce-specific components (Apex, LWC, Flows) and cross-departmental integrations that drive operational efficiency.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Salesforce Quality Strategy: Lead the testing efforts for complex Salesforce environments, including Lightning UI, Apex triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).</li><li>Automation Framework Development: Design and maintain automated testing frameworks tailored for Salesforce and web service layers to ensure rapid, high-quality releases.</li><li>Data & Integration Testing: Perform deep-dive verification of backend systems and integrations using SQL/SOQL to validate data integrity across the platform.</li><li>DevOps & CI/CD Integration: Collaborate on the release management process using tools like Gearset and Jenkins to ensure seamless deployment cycles.</li><li>Agile Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into comprehensive test plans, ensuring coverage for e-signature tools and third-party integrations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Must-Have Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of QA experience, with a minimum of 3+ years specifically testing Salesforce (Apex, Flows, LWC, Lightning UI).</li><li>Proven experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripting.</li><li>Strong proficiency in writing complex queries using SQL and SOQL.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Jenkins, and GitHub.</li><li>Solid understanding of backend, web service layers, and integration testing (including e-signature tools).</li><li>Expertise in QA processes within Agile and DevOps environments.</li><li>Fluent English for daily communication and technical documentation.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice-to-Have Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in the Financial Services or Debt Relief domain.</li><li>Familiarity with the Lightning Design System (SLDS) Framework.</li><li>Proficiency with Agile management tools like Jira and Confluence.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Time Zone & Collaboration<br><br></strong>This role is 100% remote from LATAM and requires consistent overlap with teams in EST.
