We’re hiring a Quality Control Technician to support product quality, safety, and compliance. You’ll review materials and records, ensure products meet regulatory standards, and work closely with QA and Plant Quality leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Review batch records and lot files for accuracy and completeness
  • Compile and summarize product data for product reviews
  • Inspect returned goods and investigate nonconforming issues
  • Receive and inspect raw materials, packaging components, and product containers
  • Assist QA and QC leadership with determining inventory disposition
  • Support defect investigations and reporting
  • Help define product specifications
  • Write observation reports, investigation reports, and SOPs
  • Follow and enforce all cGMP, GDP, and SOP requirements
  • Match purchase orders with bills of lading
  • Assist with customer complaint investigations
  • Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 75 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to follow established procedures and regulatory requirements
