**1.Curriculum Planning** **-Develop and implement an effective and engaging curriculum that adheres to educational standards and its tailored to the specific needs and abilities of the students such as lesson plans, vertical SOWs and Horizontal SOWs** **2.Classroom Management** **-Create a positive and inclusive learning environment,maintaining discipline and managing student behavior effectively** **3.Instruction** **-Deliver clear and well structured lessons that promote student learning,critical thinking and problem solving** **4.Assessment** **-Evaluate student progress and academic achievement through regular assessment,tests and assignment. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
