The AVP, Business Intelligence Analyst — Operations is responsible for BI delivery across various departments, building KPI frameworks, departmental dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy for operational datasets. Responsibilities • Build Sigma dashboards for multiple operational departments • Develop standardized operational KPI reporting • Automate recurring reporting using Snowflake datasets • Ensure dashboards follow BI metadata, layout, and certification standards • Translate operational needs into BI requirements • Define KPI logic aligned to enterprise BI standards • Document workflows and definitions across departments • Support Portal 2.0 and self-service analytics • Validate operational datasets and DBT outputs • Reconcile expectations with Snowflake data • Execute BI certification before dashboards go live • Ensure regulatory reporting outputs meet accuracy and defined template standards • Identify trends across Marketing, BizDev, CSM, and Finance • Perform root-cause analysis on operational issues • Provide efficiency, growth, and risk insights • Support multi-department analytics initiatives • Ensure reporting aligns with BI governance and QA standards • Participate in BI intake and prioritization • Promote consistent definitions and reporting logic • Partner with Data Platforms on ingestion and modeling Skills • 5–8+ years in BI, analytics, or operational reporting • Strong SQL and Snowflake experience • Hands-on dashboarding experience in Sigma or similar BI reporting tool • Understanding of operational functions: Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, CSM • Experience defining KPI frameworks and business logic • Strong communication skills across executives and technical teams • DBT familiarity Company Overview • Tidal Financial Group (Tidal) is a leading ETF investment and technology platform facilitating the creation, operation and growth of ETFs.
