IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!

  • Starting at $17 per hour, with quick growth opportunities to $20 per hr
  • 25 hours per week minimum required, but up to 40 hrs an Option! Operational between 9 am and 5 pm EST. 5 hrs a day minimum requirement!

MANDATORY EMR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year experience within last 36 months - EPIC STRONGLY PREFERRED but other EMR experience acceptable.
  • Must have managed patient calls in a clinical environment, such as call centers, offices, facility/hospital settings.
  • Looking for dedicated employees who want to work daily Monday through Friday.
  • This is an employee position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Screen and Route patient calls.
  • Assist patients with questions about physicians
  • Leave messages for physicians.
  • Document call information.

IDEAL CANDIDATES:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) experience PREFERRED
  • EMR Epic experience PREFERRED
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Excellent verbal, grammar and spelling skills to send messages.·
  • Ability to work in multiple windows on DEDICATED Windows 10 dedicated only for WORK
  • · Quiet Environment Required

COMPUTER EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

  • No Chromebooks or tablets
  • Microsoft Office required!
  • Must be a Windows computer - laptop or desktop -
  • Minimum processor speed of 2.0 Ghz
  • Minimum Physical Memory 8 GB
  • Internet speed - minimum Upload 5 Mbps, Download 20 Mbps
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly maneuver through screens
