Responsibilities • Executive-grade advisor with strong presence and intellectual curiosity trusted by C-suite and senior leaders to frame ambiguous business challenges, ask incisive questions, and elevate conversations from symptoms to enterprise-level, macro business needs • Business-first technologist and systems thinker able to translate strategic objectives into coherent technical architectures and operating models, define the •right• problem to solve, and determine the optimal starting point for measurable impact • Builder mindset with comfort in ambiguity that thrives in unstructured, evolving environments; operates with a startup mentality by creating clarity where none exists, iterating in real time, and driving outcomes without reliance on fixed scripts, playbooks, or predefined paths • Organizational navigator and executive storyteller adept at operating fluidly across both customer and internal organizations, aligning diverse stakeholders, and distilling complex engagements into crisp, compelling narratives that land succinctly with CEOs and executive committees • Independent operator with strong program management discipline plans and drives multi-threaded workstreams end-to-end, manages priorities and dependencies with minimal oversight, and delivers consistently in a small, nimble team environment where ownership and accountability are paramount Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience • 10+ years related experience working with engineering, field teams and directly with customers and/or 10+ years of experience in business strategy and/or strategy consulting • Executive presence with c-suite and/or c-suite -1 • 5+ years of consultative selling and/or advisory experience with enterprise customers • Innovation, Agile Methodology, and/or Design Thinking credentials and/or experience • Quantitative, qualitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with business acumen • Deep understanding of the arenaflex portfolio and the ability to seamlessly link customer business objectives with arenaflex technologies and business models Company Overview • arenaflex is a software corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells a range of software products and services.
