Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cypress HCM is seeking a Data Coordinator to support the reporting and analysis efforts behind their real estate portfolio. This role involves maintaining data integrity for space and occupancy data, conducting audits, and coordinating floorplan changes across multiple systems.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of space, occupancy, attendance and occupancy sensor data and identify improvement opportunities for data collection & management
  • Conduct floor/space audits to track data through the existing CAFM and occupancy sensor systems
  • Understand capabilities and limitations of CAFM system database concepts, handle issues and data integrations
  • Coordinate floorplan changes between multiple systems to support accuracy of space information
  • Follow up on critical date information/timelines
  • Other duties may be assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Analytics or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in space, occupancy or workplace planning, data analysis, business analytics or CAFM/IWMS system management (ie: Serraview, Archibus, etc)
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations
  • Strong background in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with people at all levels - internal and external-with minimal supervision
  • Experience with Serraview and occupancy sensors is preferred
  • Familiarity with Google G-suite (Docs, Sheets, etc) preferred
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, and Smartsheet is a plus
