Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Dispatch to join our transportation management team. This role involves coordinating freight and logistics operations remotely, ensuring efficient dispatching, tracking, and communication across various transportation channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, familiarity with working with and communicating with other 3rd party dispatch teams and excellent communication abilities to support seamless supply chain operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on transportation planning, fleet management, and logistics coordination. As well as a detailed log of your assigned teams routes and schedules and payroll ect. Hours available are/ Monday through Saturday for all shifts. Dispatchers Shifts 6- days a week no Sundays two weeks off at end of year in December. You are a 10-99 contract employee . You will go through a training in your first week. The job is easy. So don’t worry you got this. You will assist with multiple things Wile working and it is easy nothing to bad at all. Men and women welcome to apply 2 total -06:00 - 12:00 2 total -12:00-18:00 2 total - 18:00-00:00 2- total-00:00-0600 Duties • Coordinate and dispatch freight shipments using Transportation Management Systems such as Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine • Utilize GIS and GPS tools for route optimization and real-time tracking of shipments • Manage shipping & receiving processes, including data entry and documentation accuracy through systems like AS400 and 3PL platforms • Monitor fleet operations to ensure timely deliveries and efficient fleet management • Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette • Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for process improvements and arenaflex savings • Oversee freight scheduling, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines in accordance with supply chain requirements • Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, shipment statuses, and logistical issues for reporting purposes • Collaborate with logistics teams on transportation planning, including load optimization and route adjustments • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all dispatch activities Experience Must have laptop and WiFiaccess. If not I will provideWiFi. But you must set up and keep in mind I will charge and split and deduct it from your checks no more than $50 the company will pay the difference • Proven experience in transportation management or logistics coordination preferred • Familiarity with GIS, GPS technology, and transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management or SyteLine is highly desirable • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data related to freight movement and supply chain metrics • Experience with dispatching freight or managing fleet operations is a plus • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional phone etiquette • Proficiency in data entry, typing skills, and handling multi-line phone systems required • Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, freight regulations, and 3PL logistics providers preferred • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week Benefits: • Parental leave People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Language: • English (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
