ASOS Plc is seeking a talented and highly motivated Remote E-commerce Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to analyze product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic decisions that drive significant business impact. Key Responsibilities • Perform in-depth analysis of product performance, user behaviour, and conversion funnels to identify pain points and opportunities. • Define, monitor, and report on key product metrics and KPIs using various analytical tools and data sources. • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features. • Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business questions into analytical problems and provide data-backed recommendations for product improvements. • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into product health and performance. • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and best practices in the e-commerce space. • Present findings and insights to stakeholders across various departments in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and analytical methodologies. • Work closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure data quality and availability. Required Skills • Minimum 3 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-focused role within e-commerce. • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. • Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., arenaflex Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Solid understanding of e-commerce principles, user journeys, and key performance indicators. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis. • Previous experience working in an agile product development environment. • Knowledge of customer segmentation and predictive modeling techniques.
