Job Description:

The Remote Email & Chat Representative at Panno Realty plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support through email and live chat channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting real estate and property management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner via email and live chat.
  • Assist clients, tenants, and property owners with questions related to listings, applications, leases, payments, maintenance requests, and company services.
  • Provide accurate information about company policies, procedures, and available properties.
  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately in CRM and property management systems.
  • Follow up on open requests to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as leasing agents, property managers, and maintenance staff.
  • Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
  • Meet productivity, response time, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, email support, chat support, or real estate/property management preferred.
  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, chat platforms, and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace.
