They are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead complex, large-scale initiatives from project inception through successful delivery, managing multiple concurrent projects and guiding high-performing teams.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate project management activities in alignment with Enterprise PMO policies and standards
  • Manage project lifecycle activities, including planning, resource allocation, task definition, and tracking progress against milestones and budget
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project plans and status reports to leadership, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Assemble and lead multidisciplinary project teams; assign responsibilities and ensure clarity of roles and deliverables
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve issues impacting timelines, scope, or resources
  • Track, collect, and analyze project metrics to ensure projects remain on target
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels and maintain strong customer service orientation
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase cost‑effectiveness and project quality
  • Stay up‑to‑date with evolving project management methodologies and best practices

Skills

  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership roles on large-scale projects ($1M+ budgets; teams of 10+)
  • Strong experience working with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Familiarity with PMBOK and industry-standard project management methodologies
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Clarity
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer‑focused approach
  • Ability to identify risks early, manage scope, and drive successful delivery across competing priorities
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Proficiency in budgeting, project planning, change management, risk management, and organizational planning
  • Experience presenting to all levels of management and partnering with business sponsors to deliver solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project Management certificate strongly preferred
  • PMP certification is a strong plus
