REMOTE POSITION - Inbound Calls Only - High Earning Potential Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of Medicare beneficiaries? Join our team as a Medicare Call Center Specialist and help seniors navigate their healthcare with confidence! Every call is an opportunity to educate, assist, and empower. As a Medicare Call Center Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide helping individuals access the healthcare solutions they need. RESPONSIBILITIES are to assist seniors through the Medicare system to find proper plans that best fit their health care needs. You will be required to be on the phone taking inbound calls. Prior experience is not required but it is a plus. If not already licensed, you would need to take a course and pass the state exam, we pay for the class and exam. No one is put on pay roll until state exam is passed. • Assist Medicare beneficiaries by providing accurate plan information. • Guide callers through enrollment processes with patience and expertise. • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience in customer service, sales, or a call center setting preferred. • Knowledge of Medicare plans and enrollment processes a plus. • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. COMPENSATION SALARY- $35,000 ANNUALLYTHIS WILL BE PAID OUT IN WEEKLY INCREMENTS OF $673.20 BEFORE TAXES. BONUS • ALL MA/ MAPD, MED SUPPLEMENTS AND HIP WILL PAY $50- PER PAID APP • NEW TO MEDICARE/ NEW TO MA WILL PAY $25 - PER PAID APP(ON MA AND MAPD) • DVH PLANS WILL PAY $40- PER PAID APPCANCER PLANS WILL PAY $30- PER PAID APP • PDP PLANS WILL PAY $20- PER PAID APP* THIS WILL BE PAID OUT IN INCREMENTS ON THE THIRD FULL WEEK OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH • **BONUS WILL BE PAID BASED UPON NET APPLICATIONS. • **AGENT WILL HAVE TO HAVE A 12 MONTH ROLLING AVERAGE OF 20 NET APPS PER MONTH TO RECEIVE BONUS. RENEWALS ALL MA, MAPD, AND MED SUPPLEMENT PLANS WILL PAY RENEWALS AT A RATE OF $50 PER CLIENT, PER YEAR. - THIS WILL BE PAID OUT IN MONTHLY INCREMENTS OF $4.17 PER CLIENT, PER MONTH. • MED SUP WILL PAY RENEWALS FOR 6 YEARS ONLY. ATTENDANCE Office hours are 9:00 A.M.- 5:30 P.M. MONDAY-FRIDAY REMOTE REQUIREMENTS • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace • Ability to take continuous inbound calls during scheduled hours • Computer proficiency and comfort using web-based tools (If you already have your health insurance license, great.
