This role will focus on execution support, coordination, and day-to-day process management as the transaction progresses. Responsibilities • Manage information flow across internal teams, advisors, and counterparties • Track transaction workstreams, timelines, and deliverables • Support diligence requests and manage data room activity • Handle reactive, ad-hoc tasks that arise during the transaction process • Assist with updates to presentation materials and analyses as needed • Ensure accuracy, organization, and responsiveness throughout the deal lifecycle Skills • 2–3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity • Strong understanding of transaction processes and deal execution • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments • Strong communication skills and professional judgment Company Overview • Umbrex is a global community of independent, top-tier management consultants.
