They are seeking a high-performing Investor Relations Associate to source and advise accredited investors, manage relationships, and drive capital raising efforts. Responsibilities • Source investors thru various marketing channels that you will design, launch and initiate • Conduct investor intro and follow-up calls • Build and manage your own pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and networking • Maintain long-term investor relationships with consistent communication and transparency • Track all touch-points, metrics, and follow-bolthires in CRM • Represent the firm at investor events, conferences, and webinars • Collaborate with leadership to continually refine our investor communication strategy Skills • 3+ years of capital raising sales experience • Proven capital raising experience (must have raised at least $5-10 million) and a history of managing investor relations and shareholder communications • A confident communicator who loves connecting with people • Experienced in high-value investment sales, capital raising, or private placements • Deep understanding of Multifamily and real economics • Results-oriented with a bias for action and follow-through • Emotionally intelligent you can read people as well as numbers • Driven by growth, not comfort.
