<strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong>Position Location: This role is available to qualified candidates throughout the United States. However, candidates residing in the Eastern or Central regions are strongly preferred.<br><br></strong><strong>Specific Responsibilities May Include<br><br></strong>Process & Checklist Execution<br><br><ul><li>Checklist Ownership: Own the GTM Launch Checklist as the single source of truth for all launch tasks and deliverables across all functional teams.</li><li>Milestone Tracking: Directly manage and track all tasks against defined deadlines and dependencies for each stage of the launch cycle (conception to GA).</li><li>System of Record Maintenance: Ensure the internal launch management and tracking tools are consistently up-to-date with current status, ownership, and risk flags.</li><li>Compliance: Verify that all teams (Product, Legal, Support, Marketing) have completed their mandatory sign-offs and artifacts before advancing the product to the next launch phase.<br><br></li></ul>Coordination & Reporting<br><br><ul><li>Launch Cadence Management: Schedule, organize, and facilitate all recurring cross-functional launch sync meetings, driving the agenda and documenting key decisions and action items.</li><li>Status Reporting: Generate and distribute standardized weekly launch status reports to the GTM Program Lead and core stakeholders, clearly highlighting progress, late tasks, and escalated blockers.</li><li>Action Item Follow-up: Proactively follow up with cross-functional owners to ensure they are on track to meet their checklist commitments and deadlines.</li><li>Information Dissemination: Serve as the main conduit for operational information, ensuring the core launch team has access to the latest timelines, assets, and decisions.<br><br></li></ul>Operational Support<br><br><ul><li>Asset Collection: Support the GTM Program Lead in collecting and organizing final launch assets, such as approved messaging, sales enablement materials, and public documentation links, ensuring they are stored in the correct repositories.</li><li>Retrospective Logistics: Manage the logistics for post-launch reviews (retrospectives), including scheduling, collecting feedback, and documenting lessons learned for future process improvements.</li><li>Documentation Support: Assist in updating and maintaining GTM process documentation and templates used for future launches.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Experience, Skills & Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>8+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations roles, preferably supporting a GTM or Product organization in a high-tech environment.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to rigorously follow and enforce a structured process or checklist.</li><li>Clear, concise, and professional communication skills suitable for managing large group updates and following up on specific action items.</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools.</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and a self-starter who can operate effectively with limited direct oversight, focusing on getting things done.</li><li>Ability to work eastern standard time (EST) hours</li><li>Successfully complete standard background check process<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Experience, Skills & Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Familiarity with the lifecycle of a B2B or Cloud product (conception to GA).</li><li>Experience working within a large enterprise technology organization.<br><br></li></ul><strong>TELUS Values<br><br></strong>TELUS recognizes and embraces the importance of values in our ever-changing workplace.
