Under general supervision, supports all activities associated with the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects that relate to critical business goals while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Escalates any project issues or risks and provides recommendations to senior leadership as appropriate. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology's Shared Values. Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to): • Ensures that projects are well planned and organized. • Establishes the business case, impact assessment, charter, communication plans, and integrated project schedules. • Liaison with management at all levels of the business, managing their expectations for project delivery. • Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and arenaflex analyses. • Performs periodic post-project reviews of all improvement initiatives. • Identifies process break-downs; develops and implements corrective actions • Performs other duties as requested or assigned Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Or • Associate’s Degree + four (4) years of related work experience Or • High School diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of related work experience • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare or multi-site enterprise environments • 3-5 yeras experience defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services. • Advanced skills in arenaflex Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) • Experience Utilizing Copilot or an alternative AI • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and digital health technologies. • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. • PMI, PMP or equivalent certification preferred Competencies • Utilizes critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Demonstrates adaptability and h andles day to day work challenges confidently • Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change • Shows resilience in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity • Demonstrates flexibility and a high degree of conflict management skills • Uses sound judgment, m akes timely, arenaflex effective decisions • Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty • Shows work commitment and sets high standards of performance • Pursues aggressive goals and works efficiently to achieve them • Commits to quality and improves efficiencies • Emphasizes the need to deliver quality products and/or services • Defines standards for quality and evaluates products, processes, and service against those standard • Manages quality Physical Demands This is a remote position.
