Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Receptionist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to answer incoming phone calls in a professional, warm, and attentive manner, serving as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring their needs are directed appropriately. In addition, this position will provide administrative support to the firm as needed. As part of our mission, this role helps clients feel confident and supported as they take important steps to secure their families’ futures through Relational Estate Planning®.

Location: Remote (Candidates must be located in Virginia, West Virginia, or Pennsylvania)

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay: $17 - $19 an hour

What We Are Looking For: A strong communicator who is confident and professional on the phone and detail-oriented behind the scenes. This person should enjoy helping others, creating a welcoming first impression, and building trust with both potential clients and our team.

Prerequisites:

  • Prior experience in a client-facing, phone-based, or customer service role
  • Minimum of one (1) year of professional phone experience required.
  • Demonstrated strength in verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
  • Strong written communication skills (clear, grammatically correct emails)
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Comfort handling confidential information
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional work environment
  • Resident in Virginia, West Virginia, or Pennsylvania

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone during assigned time periods in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients
  • Direct calls appropriately and take accurate messages when needed
  • Schedule and reschedule client appointments accurately within the firm’s calendar system
  • Respond to basic client inquiries and route legal questions to the appropriate team member
  • Draft and send clear, professional follow-up emails
  • Maintain accurate call notes and documentation in the firm’s systems
  • Process client payments over the phone when applicable
  • Support attorneys and team members with administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information
