As a Senior GTM Systems Analyst for the Post-Sales organization, you will shape the Systems strategy and roadmap, ensuring efficient, customer-focused processes while fostering strong cross-functional relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Own GTM tooling strategy for the Post-Sales organization support: Design, manage and execute on a roadmap, ensuring tools are optimized for usability, scale, and effectiveness across our CSP, ADS, and CRM tools
  • Oversee systems project lifecycles from intake through to completion, partnering cross-functionally with GTM, IT, Procurement and BI teams as appropriate
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices guides to minimize institutional knowledge and maximize consistency
  • Establish yourself as a key resource within the GTM team for best practices and industry standards around scaling through tools

Skills

  • At least 4 years' experience of success in Program Management or Business Systems roles
  • A strong personal passion for technology and leveraging it to maximize productivity in a business setting
  • Proven experience managing GTM tools with a focus on Customer Success (e.g. Planhat, Gainsight), Professional Services (e.g. Kantata, Productive), along with deep familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools
  • Comfortable balancing immediate needs with a future vision, managing around ambiguity, and resourceful to create processes to support complex systems, prioritizing solutions that make the most impact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create polished, simplified summaries where appropriate for senior stakeholders
  • A detail-oriented and process-driven mindset, that excels at documenting processes, designing workflows, and managing projects with a structured, detail-focused approach
