The Senior Media Buyer will scale ad campaigns across multiple platforms while optimizing performance and managing a significant budget. Responsibilities • Own and scale: TikTok, Meta, arenaflex, and Snapchat campaigns end-to-end • High-Volume Execution: Support the team with high-volume creative launches and ad optimizations (500+ ads per week), executed manually with zero errors in setup, targeting, or budgets • Precision Scaling: Strategize, launch, and manage high-scale campaigns with precision and speed • Creative Testing Frameworks: Build and run frameworks to find hooks, angles, and formats that scale profitably • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance daily using MTA tools, GA4, and internal dashboards to optimize CAC, spend efficiency, and scaling decisions • Infrastructure Management: Manage full campaign infrastructure: audiences, bidding (CBO/ABO), segmentation, and budget pacing • Relentless Monitoring: Monitor and adjust campaigns—including nights and weekends—to maximize performance Skills • 3+ years managing Meta ads at scale ($1M+/mo) • Personally managed $10k+/day in spend on TikTok AND another major platform • Ability to execute high-volume creative launches and ad optimizations (500+ ads per week) • Experience with data-driven optimization using MTA tools, GA4, and internal dashboards • Ability to manage full campaign infrastructure: audiences, bidding (CBO/ABO), segmentation, and budget pacing • Willingness to monitor and adjust campaigns—including nights and weekends • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data • Ability to build repeatable processes and test frameworks • Excellent communication skills for explaining performance via Slack, weekly reports, or Loom updates • Must work US EST hours Benefits • Generous monthly bonus plan tied directly to performance • Career Growth: High performers grow fast here—with increasing ownership, autonomy, and long-term upside tied to impact Company Overview • Better Coffee Made Easy It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
