They are seeking a Senior IGTM Strategist to inspect all aspects of their go-to-market approach, develop insights through data analysis, and collaborate with sales teams to improve sales performance and strategy execution. Responsibilities • Inspecting all aspects of our GTM approach • Developing insights and recommendations through data analysis, interlocking with the field and product organizations, market research, design thinking, employee interviews, and other techniques • Partnering with sales teams to understand areas of improvement for the go-to-market strategy and its execution • Working cross-functionally to create systems, processes, and programs that improve sales performance through go-to-market effectiveness and reduce friction for customers and internal teams • Structuring recommendations, serving as a partner to senior decision makers in product and sales, and driving recommendations through to their conclusions • Contributing to unifying various SAAS and Enterprise GTM models across Adobe and collaborating with people across Adobe, including Sales, Pre-Sales Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Sales Operations • Helping scale the IGTM team by improving methodologies and leading engagements and business initiatives Skills • 5+ years of enterprise marketing or SaaS experience in Strategy, Sales Operations, Product, Consulting, or Pre-Sales • Market & Product Knowledge – Passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology. Deeply understands either Adobe's Experience Cloud or Creative Cloud and competitive cloud-based experience stacks • GTM Experience – Intimate understanding of a SaaS customer lifecycle, of sales cycles, and of the key ingredients that drive sales success • Problem Solving – Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and crafting effective recommendations focused on the biggest opportunities. Possess high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly • Workstream Ownership – Independently coordinating with teams across the business to identify what is needed to successfully complete a workstream, then driving work to completion and ensuring successful hand-offs, education, and measurement • Collaboration & Communication – Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with people at all levels.
