The Strategy / Management Consultant will lead strategy development and execution, provide training and support for clients, and contribute to business development efforts. Responsibilities • Lead and facilitate strategy development, execution, and evaluation efforts • Apply best practices in enterprise strategy, performance management, and portfolio management • Serve as a subject matter expert for Core-Strategy Strategic Portfolio Management software • Develop and deliver training, conduct software demonstrations, and support client engagements • Author thought leadership content and support business development initiatives • Collaborate with stakeholders across government, nonprofit, and commercial environments Skills • Bachelors Degree, Masters Preferred • Proven experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or project/portfolio management • Strong Expertise In Enterprise strategy and capabilities management • Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology • Key Performance Indicators (KPI) development and reporting • Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) • Project and portfolio management • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to translate complex strategic concepts into clear, engaging training and guidance • Experience supporting State and local government, education, or nonprofit sectors • Familiarity with strategic portfolio management tools (Core-Strategy experience a plus) Company Overview • CORE-CSI provides enterprise architecture support to department of defense, federal and commercial customer.
