Account Executive—Sales Development is a full-time, fully remote B2B phone sales role that makes outbound calls to engage prospects and book appointments for the sale of digital and direct mail marketing tools. Key performance indicators include phone-time, dials and sales volume.

What’s in it for You:

Training period includes $6K bonus potential (most roles) and $40K base before transitioning to $50K after 90 days. With standard career progression into closing roles in 6 months, first year gross earnings project to $70K–$100K.

What You’ll Do:

Using leads that we provide, make a high volume of outbound calls to small businesses for team members to close the sale.
