  • Drive the evolution of Jumpstart’s methodology by integrating legal best practices with our proprietary AI and data tools
  • Represent the company as a subject matter expert within the global startup and professional communities

Skills

  • J.D. degree and active membership in good standing with a U.S. State Bar
  • Proven track record of success in O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and E-visa categories
  • A demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional drafting skills and the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to international clients
  • Proficiency with modern case management systems and an interest in leveraging AI to optimize legal workflows
  • Previous experience working with venture-backed startups or global skilled professionals
