Your Impact Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies for a major account to maximize growth and customer value. Lead the adoption of new services, guide product launches, and implement best practices in partnership with customer stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; accurately forecast opportunities and deliver actionable business reporting to drive decision-making. Oversee and publish service responses for RFPs, bids, and new service opportunities to secure and expand business. Ensure customer support is delivered in line with Service Level Agreements, aligning internal teams to sustain and enhance customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in value-based sales within the Internet, Communications, or Technology (ICT) sector. Demonstrated experience managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and projects. Proven history of direct and indirect sales to strategic accounts. Solid understanding of public sector procurement processes and buying cycles. Preferred Qualifications Strong background in selling services, consulting, and advisory solutions. Proactive and results-driven with a track record of closing complex opportunities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a multinational environment.
