**SALES ASSOCIATE (Mandarin& English Speaking (Hybrid/WFH, Anywhere in Penang)** **Job description**: 1. Sales-driven and create new sales channels. 2. Follow up sales leads and coordination of charters from start to finish, including arrangement of deliverables with vendors. 3. Prepare sales deck, business development, sales presentations, and solicitation to clients 4. Updating of charter schedules on Google Calendar 5. Invoicing, Quotations and Vendor Sourcing 6. Ability to maintain and develop relationships with key customers and manage promotion and strategic sales. 7. Responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. 8. Able to be on standby duty after work hours to take on new inquiries (once or twice a week) 9. Coordination with yacht owners, captains, crew, vendors and other personnel for yachts under management. 10. Other related activities and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management **Job Requirements**: 1. Proficient in English & Mandarin Chinese (Speak/Write) to liaise with Mandarin clients 2. A person who is organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task. 3. Resourceful, fast learner and willingness to learn 4. Good communication skills and negotiation skills 5. Knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, Zoom, Xero Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook 6. Able to coordinate with teams, vendors and partners (As and when needed) 7. This position offers Basic in RM (Depending on experience) + Commission in SGD 8.
