Learn more at www.mcfadyen.com Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director - Data Solutions to lead the expansion of our data services portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of selling complex enterprise data solutions such as Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), cloud data platforms, and data architecture services. This is a high-impact sales leadership role responsible for owning the sales lifecycle, developing go-to-market strategies, building strong client relationships, and accelerating revenue growth within our Data Solutions practice. Top 5 Responsibilities • Drive revenue growth by owning and leading the full sales lifecycle-from prospecting and qualification through to closing and expansion. • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with McFadyen's Data Solutions practice areas including MDM, CRM, PIM, cloud data platforms, and governance. • Engage and consult with senior executives (CIOs, CDOs, CTOs) to identify business needs, position data-centric solutions, and establish McFadyen as a strategic partner. • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals, solution briefs, and client presentations that align with business goals. • Build a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, strategic partnerships, events, referrals, and inbound leads. Additional Responsibilities • Lead client-facing workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points and match tailored solutions. • Represent McFadyen at industry events, conferences, and webinars as a thought leader in enterprise data transformation. • Work closely with partner alliances (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Akeneo) to develop co-sell strategies and strengthen ecosystem reach. • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM reporting. Qualifications Top 5 Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with 5+ years selling data-related services and platforms (MDM, PIM, CRM, cloud data solutions, analytics). • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets. • Deep understanding of enterprise data strategy, architecture, and governance, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Strong consultative sales approach with experience engaging C-level stakeholders across verticals. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Additional Qualifications • Experience in a consulting or systems integration environment is strongly preferred. • Ability to manage complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders and functions. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Willingness to travel for client meetings, partner events, and conferences as needed.
