Location: Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club / Eastwood Resort

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Head of Sales & Marketing / General Manager



Job Summary


The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving room sales, event bookings, golf packages, F&B promotions, and overall brand visibility of Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club and Eastwood Resort.

This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who can generate leads, maintain client relationships, and execute marketing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy.



Key Responsibilities


1. Sales & Business Development

  • Actively source new corporate, government, travel agent, and event clients.
  • Promote room packages, golf packages, F&B promotions, weddings, tournaments, and corporate events.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Event & Group Coordination

  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth event execution.
  • Handle group bookings (rooms, golf, meetings, banquets).
  • Ensure client satisfaction from enquiry to post-event follow-up.

3. Marketing & Promotion

  • Assist in planning marketing campaigns (Ramadan, CNY, Valentine's, Golf Events, etc.).
  • Manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Work with designer/vendor for posters, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Update OTA platforms (Agoda, , AirAsia, etc.).
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

4. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain client database.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates.
  • Track room revenue, event revenue, and promotional performance.
