Internal teams get frustrated, clients lose trust, and customers miss out.<br><br>That’s where you come in. You’re the hero who keeps Salesforce humming across multiple brands, ensuring internal users and client users have the tools and guidance they need to succeed.<br><br><strong>Your Role in the Story<br><br></strong>Picture this: you’re logging in from home, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–4 PM CST. You own the Salesforce experience for one or more of our client brands — and for the internal Tribe Wellness team members who sell and support those brands.<br><br><strong>You’ll Handle a Variety Of Tickets<br><br></strong>✅ Quick updates (permissions, profiles, fields)<br><br>✅ Process fixes<br><br>✅ Feature request triage and solution shaping<br><br>✅ User coaching and training<br><br>✅ Brand onboarding configuration<br><br>✅ Data validation and cross-system coordination<br><br>You’ll be the go-to Salesforce expert for your assigned brands. You’ll understand their sales processes deeply, help configure and maintain brand-specific Salesforce components, and collaborate with me and our technical team on improvements.<br><br>When a request comes in, you won’t just "click buttons" — you’ll think critically, ask smart questions, and help shape solutions that scale.<br><br><strong>Own It<br><br></strong><strong>Here’s What You’ll Do<br><br></strong>Manage all day-to-day Salesforce processes and tickets for your assigned brands and internal teams.<br><br><strong>Solve It<br><br></strong>Use your ticketing system experience (Jira, Service Cloud, Zendesk) to resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully — earning quarterly bonuses tied to your ticket resolution performance.<br><br><strong>Guide It<br><br></strong>Train and support both internal users and client users on correct Salesforce processes, reports, and tools.<br><br><strong>Shape It<br><br></strong>Collaborate with me and our developers to investigate feature requests, contribute ideas, and help design Salesforce solutions that fit each brand’s needs.<br><br><strong>Build It<br><br></strong>Help configure Salesforce for new brands — profiles, roles, record types, price books, products, and integration touchpoints — ensuring smooth onboarding and a great user experience.<br><br><strong>Who You Are<br><br></strong>You’re a Salesforce-savvy problem solver who loves making systems work better.
