What You’ll Do As an SAP MDG Senior Consultant at Clarkston, you will: • Help support our client(s) by implementing solutions in three key data management areas: Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality and will assist in managing the delivery of those solutions to our clients • Deliver complex data management engagements including all phases of the project life cycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live / post go live • Utilize your deep functional knowledge in various SAP modules for our clients How You’ll Grow Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, throughout your career at Clarkston you will: • Receive the support and mentorship of your Clarkston colleagues and leaders • Expand your existing skillset with internal and external professional development opportunities What We’re Looking For: • At least 5 years of recent, hands-on experience implementing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), preferably embedded within S/4HANA environments (MDG 2020 or later) • Proven experience configuring, extending, and designing SAP MDG solutions, including enterprise-scale governance models and support for complex S/4HANA data models • Demonstrated technical expertise with SAP MDG and SAP Data Management, including configuration and/or development, with working knowledge of ABAP, integration frameworks, and UI technologies • 4–6 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in data management, delivering MDG solutions across multiple client environments • Strong flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to contribute across the full project lifecycle—from solution design through hands-on configuration—and to grow into new roles as needed • A client-service mindset, with experience taking an active role in executing project plans, deliverables, and engagements. • Excellent analytical, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline Travel Requirement Travel is an integral part of this role and is estimated to average 30-50%. This may vary based upon client and project needs. When not traveling, consultants work from their home office. Relocation is not required.
