About the position We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Financial Modeling Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, capital investments, M&A activity, and long-term financial planning. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with executive leadership, sales, and operations teams. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models, including SaaS based topline models, three-statement models, DCF valuations, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning. • Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate business performance, forecast financial outcomes, and support corporate strategy. • Support M&A due diligence and integration modeling, including accretion/dilution, synergy analysis, and transaction structuring. • Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams (e.g., accounting, strategy, investor relations) to gather inputs and validate model assumptions. • Assist in preparing presentations for executive leadership and board-level stakeholders. • Research market and industry trends to support financial projections and strategic planning. • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions or special projects. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred. • 2-5 years of experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting. • Strong experience building and maintaining detailed financial models in Excel. • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement analysis. • Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, arenaflex Sheets, SQL a plus). • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Deep understanding of SaaS or software business models (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, etc.) strongly preferred.
